1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bdtbb platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or contacting our support team — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bdtbb. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the bdtbb platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all products and services offered under the bdtbb brand, including but not limited to: the live casino (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), the slots section, the cricket sportsbook, all other sports betting markets, the bdtbb wallet, and any promotional campaigns associated with the platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bdtbb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing and using the bdtbb platform from Bangladesh.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed bdtbb account. Each player is entitled to one account only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdtbb or had your account closed by bdtbb for a breach of these terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee or contractor of bdtbb or its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• Your use of the bdtbb platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional gambling, money laundering, or any other illegal activity under the laws of Bangladesh.

Identity Verification

bdtbb reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid Bangladesh driving licence. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete. Players who fail to provide satisfactory identity documentation within 30 days of a verification request may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawal requests cancelled.

bdtbb employs active age verification procedures. Any player found to have provided false date-of-birth information during registration will have their account closed immediately, any winnings forfeited, and bdtbb reserves the right to retain any deposits made during the period of fraudulent access.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bdtbb services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bdtbb account. If bdtbb identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same identity document — all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. Any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Bonuses obtained through duplicate account activity will be reversed. The original account may also be permanently closed at bdtbb's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdtbb account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdtbb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

Account Currency

All bdtbb accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Account currency cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No foreign currency conversion is applied by bdtbb, though your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion fees if your payment source is denominated in a foreign currency.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

bdtbb currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service.
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service.
• Visa — International credit and debit cards issued by Visa.
• Mastercard — International credit and debit cards issued by Mastercard.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount is ৳500,000 per transaction. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player via their account settings as a responsible gaming measure. These limits cannot be increased by more than 10% within any 72-hour period.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is agreed in writing with our support team.

Anti-Money Laundering

bdtbb operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible platform governance. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. bdtbb reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems to require additional scrutiny. Any account identified as being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.

Failed or Reversed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit, bdtbb will make reasonable efforts to identify the cause and, where funds have been debited from your payment source but not credited to your bdtbb account, will investigate and credit the funds within 5 business days. Players must not initiate chargebacks with their payment provider for transactions on bdtbb. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended immediately, any open wagers voided, and any balance held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdtbb offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns throughout the year, including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, BPL and IPL cricket betting specials, Eid bonus campaigns, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credits awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real Taka. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must place total wagers of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified on the promotion page. If the time limit expires before the requirement is met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are met.
• bdtbb reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or using any automated wagering method — will have all bonus balances forfeited and their account may be permanently closed.
• Promotional free spins, free bets, and tournament entry credits are subject to the individual promotion's terms and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• bdtbb's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the bdtbb platform — including live casino games, slots, crash games, table tennis betting, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a wager.

Game Integrity

All casino game outcomes on bdtbb are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG certification ensures that each outcome is independent, unpredictable, and uninfluenced by previous outcomes or by any action of bdtbb or the game provider. Live casino games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, etc.) are played with real cards and real roulette wheels, streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on bdtbb — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, table tennis, and others — are subject to the specific market rules displayed within the sportsbook. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on bdtbb:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold specified in the market rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at bdtbb's discretion. Any bets placed after an in-play event outcome has been determined but before the market is suspended will be voided.
• bdtbb reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrectly displayed price due to a technical error or human error. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are specified within each market. bdtbb reserves the right to restrict staking limits on any market or for any player account at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtbb platform and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or latency in live markets to place bets with guaranteed outcomes (commonly known as "gnoming" or "arbing" in a bad-faith manner).
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through external means.
• Accessing or attempting to access the bdtbb platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdtbb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward all players seriously. The platform is intended to provide entertainment to adults in Bangladesh. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to affect your personal, financial, or professional life, bdtbb's responsible gaming tools are available to help.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Taka. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a pre-set session length (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries showing net win/loss for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary account lock for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a temporary 24-hour or 7-day account pause without formal self-exclusion.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bdtbb account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Closure by bdtbb

bdtbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of underage gambling or use of another person's identity.
• Holding more than one account.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Any court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority requiring account suspension.

In the event of account closure by bdtbb for a breach of these terms, bdtbb reserves the right to withhold any bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus activity. Real-money deposits (excluding those directly connected to fraudulent activity) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your bdtbb account for any reason, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. All open bets will be voided and stakes returned where applicable. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, anti-money laundering obligations, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming platform governance. In the event of any dispute between you and bdtbb relating to your use of the platform or these terms, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bdtbb's decision on all matters relating to the operation of the platform, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you as a resident of Bangladesh.
